The University of Sydney is a world-renowned institution in Sydney, Australia, which is widely ranked among the top 50 universities in the world (QS World University Rankings, 2020). It is also ranked first by the QS Graduate Employability Rankings, 2020, in Australia and fourth in the world for graduate employability.
Students come to study at undergraduate and postgraduate levels from all over the globe. Students have the option of choosing from the broadest selection of programs and disciplines in Australia. The university has two subjects that are ranked in the top ten in the world, with an additional 30 subjects ranked in the top 50 in the world, providing over 400 research areas to choose from. The University of Sydney has scholarships available for both domestic and international students across all study levels. With scholarships for both postgraduate and graduate coursework, they have some research scholarships too for postgraduate students to support and foster the best domestic research students. Besides this New Zealand citizens, Australian citizens, and permanent resident students have the opportunity to apply for Faculty scholarships, Equity scholarships, study overseas scholarships, some based on specific background, and few postgraduate scholarships.
