Imperial College London offers a wide range of courses, although it is most renowned for those in the fields of science, engineering, medicine, and business. The offers the following degrees: BSc, MSci, BEng, MEng, and MBBS. Imperial College offers UG programs in the form of a 3-year bachelor’s degree or a 4-year integrated master’s degree, with PG courses lasting up to a year. Imperial College’s Graduate School offers students free access to professional courses.
Imperial College hosts a variety of career events each year, including lunchtime seminars, employer-led skills training, and simulated interviews with companies. Additionally, Imperial gives career counseling to students for up to three years after graduation, which can be quite helpful for students looking to work in the country after completing their degree. It has a total full-time student body of 19,400 for the 2019/20 academic year, with 10,475 undergraduates and 8,925 postgraduates.
Imperial College London has campuses in nine different locations throughout London and the South East. The campus is large enough to house 17,000 students and 8,000 staff members. The campuses are conveniently accessible by public transportation because they are located in central locations such as London city and Canary Wharf. Four gyms, including the main Ethos gym on the South Kensington Campus, two swimming pools, and two sports halls are available at Imperial’s London campuses. At the Heston and Harlington sports grounds, Imperial offers additional sports facilities. There are 300+ clubs and societies for students to chose from and engage themselves in various campus activities.
Imperial gives scholarships to the brightest students — those who have the capacity to benefit from the possibilities we provide and the desire to pursue a successful career in research, industry, or business. There are two types of scholarships available. Full scholarships provide tuition as well as a stipend for living expenses. And maintainence scholarships will only cover living expenses. The college offers undergraduate and doctoral scholarships to both domestic and international students. All scholarships are for the duration of the recipient’s chosen study, which is normally three or four years.
